Refund Policy: Fees paid for online sessions or packages are refundable only if the services have not commenced. Once any portion of a session or package has begun, the fees are non-refundable.

Booking and Rescheduling: Sessions must be booked through the designated platform. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
