Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for online consultation sessions or packages that have not yet commenced. Once a session or package has started, the fees are non-refundable.

 

Request Process: To request a refund, contact us with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

 

Non-Refundable Items: Customized materials, one-time consultation sessions, or any service delivered in part or whole are not eligible for a refund.

 

Changes to Policy: CSEE reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The updated policy will apply to purchases made after the date of the update.
