Fees are refundable before we start the sessions and deliver the content to you. However, once the content has been shared or the session has commenced, refunds are not available, as the materials are copyrighted.
For the Internship Training program, refunds are available if you notify us before the commencement of the program. Once training has begun, refunds are not available.
For individual workshop courses, refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session.
Online consultation session fees are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
